This website is for craft brewers and distillers and those in the planning process; as you can guess, specific to the business of brewery wastewater. Contrary to what you may hear, brewery wastewater is not toxic or dangerous. It is high in carbohydrates and protein, primarily in the form of dissolved sugar and alcohol, and low in nutrients. This is part of what makes brewery wastewater unique. There is heaps of free information on this website for you; if you need more we offer consulting and design, build, install services for those that need it. The first hour is always free.  We recommend you start your journey with the Brewery Wastewater 101 pages to the left.  Enjoy, crack a beer and thanks for visiting.

I have been down this road before. I know which pumps, floor coatings, trench drains, piping and any other materials work best. I also consult regarding boilers, cooling towers, spent grain & yeast, cleaning chemical analysis, utility usage, chemical distribution, budget preparation, and safety.
